So if I am considering maybe completing a masters along with my MD (but I am not completely sure yet), is it okay if I select combined MD/Graduate on the application and then in October or November end up deciding I only want an MD after I get accepted? Or is it better to select Regular MD and then after I get accepted see if I can add a masters? From what I can see, some schools (like Case) require you to apply separately to graduate school after you get accepting into medical school. I definitely don't want a PhD but maybe a masters.

Why do you want a masters? What kind of masters do you want? What will that help you do in your career as a physician that you won't be able to do with just an MD?

Well I'm interested in doing at least some sort of research throughout my career. I don't want a phd and thought a masters might help with research but maybe I'm wrong.
