So what happens in the next 2 weeks from a program's perspective?
Do they finalize their Rank Order List and start sending out emails/calls or is everything all done/finalized by now?

I think it depends on the program. I have received several emails from programs telling me that they have completed their rank list and giving me feedback. But I'm sure not all the programs are done.

Some programs are still meeting this week to decide their list. Most places don't play the whole "ranked to match" game though, so don't expect to hear anything until Match Day.
