It only has a 3 digit space, and its saying to put what you have and also what you have projected?

So do I put in 098 for the hours I have, or 129 for the hours I will have when i graduate in may?

i.e. if your class is 5 units then you should put 5 for the hours.

No this is not for just one class, this is on the same page asking for grad date and such, its asking for the hours i have earned/projected, and projected would mean what I will have when I grad?

Yes, I'm about 99% sure they mean the projected hours. "Earned" would only apply if you weren't planning to take any more classes between now and matriculation (rare, I guess, but I suppose it happens).
