Sending a copy of AMCAS w/o sending list of schools

Hey guys, the Tufts app asks to send them a copy of your primary, without the list of schools page. The problem is, the printout has the schools list on half of one page and half on another. How can I delete just this part of the app and print the rest? Thanks!

Scissors. Or if you want to get neat, scissors+photocopy.

i deleted the print job halfway through the last page before the list of schools got printed, and with a couple of tries to get the timing right, you can get the scissors + photocopy effect with half the pain.
