Hey I have a quick question...

Hey i am going to send my apps out, in a couple of days, but I was wondering if it was ok to take my pcat way later, I think in Jan? I am not ready for the sept one, how will the admission staff look at this and is this ok if I send the app in early but take the PCAT later? Also I have one spring class requirement for my schools, is it still ok to send the app in early? Thanks for all your help! Good luck to you all!!!

the spring class shouldn't cause a problem, but the PCAT might. you need to check the schools you will be applying to because they will want scores sent in by a certain date. By taking the test in jan, you wont receive your scores until late feb or early march and most schools will be deep into the interview process. Some schools will only consider you for waitlist, some wont look at all. If you really want to apply this year, you probably should take the oct pcat or you can just finish the prereqs, take the test in the summer when you will be more prepared and apply for fall '10
