Sending extra letters after ERAS?

I saw that one or two programs that specified that they'd accept more letters than the 4 sent in ERAS, and since I have a 5th letter I figured I might as well send it. However, anyone know the right way to go about that? Would I probs just have to ask my letter writer to send it on my behalf?

Your 5th best letter isn't going to make any difference unless it's someone with a direct connection to a specific program.
