General Admissions & OTCAS Sending GRE Scores directly to the University vs OTCAS

Help! Has anyone done this? Just realized that I sent my scores directly to the universities specifying it was the OT department instead of to the university-OTCAS. I'm worried this will effect my chance of admissions. Does anyone have any insight on this? Does it still get received by the department and considered? I'm in a slight panic!

Hi! I would call the school and see if they recieved them. You are able to send your scores again after they have been published, so if not you can just send them to OTCAS then out to the schools through OTCAS. Dont panic! It’s an easy fix 🙂

Hi! Like previously mentioned, I would call the school to confirm. Some schools like USC is strict about having you send them to the University-OTCAS. My friend sent his scores directly to USC specifying it was for the OT department and not USC-OTCAS and his app was considered incomplete when the admissions committee reviewed it. They had him resend his scores but his app was now considered late.
