Sending in Grades?

I have been interviewed, but waitlisted at a local medschool. I just got my grades for the fall semester and I know I should send them in to update my app and GPA...but should I also write the letter as a "letter of intent" in which I tell them how awesome I think thier school is, and that I really want to be a student there? Should I beg them?

send the grades if they're reasonable. If not, it'll only hurt you. In this case, just send the letter. good luck!
