I have lots of leftover passport pics and want them to be sent w/ secondary fees. Do you guys think that sending pictures to schools that don't request them is a good idea? I mean can it really hurt? I don't really care if the admin cashes my check and then throws away my picture anyway. Thoughts?

I completely agree. Follow instructions unless you want to apply again next year. People that don't follow instructions annoy admissions committees...
