I have got two new papers since I completed ERAS. One I already have the proofs and I am first author, it was a super fast thing. Also I got the grade from my SubI in Medicine. There is no way this can go via ERAS. Should I just mail an update to the programs?
Anybody in this situation?

Same thing for me. I had a paper accepted (listed as "submitted" on ERAS). I sent out a nice email to each program contact letting them know that my paper had been accepted and to please update my file indicating the fact. I also plan to resubmit a new transcript in a few week after my current rotation ends (since I'll get a good grade on this one, plus a good grade on the previous month). I may or may not send an email indicating that. Hopefully, I'll be able to get the transcript done BEFORE the Dean's Letter goes out.

Why do it before the dean's letter though?

lots of programs won't accept anything outside of ERAS. i would look into each programs individual policy. you could always bring the information with you to your interview and ask it be placed in your file if all else fails.

good luck,
peter
