Sending transcripts to OTCAS

Hello,
Has anyone who has applied through OTCAS dealt with online transcript ordering? One of the schools I attended has an option of either ordering online or going in person (Going in person is impossible as I work full time). How are you supposed to have them attach the transcript form from OTCAS when ordering online? There is no option where I can attached the form or anything.

I sent my transcript in from three of the six colleges i attended by using the online thing and not attaching the otcas form, and it worked out fine, i was verified a week ago.

I couldn't go in person for my undergrad program as it's 8 hours away...I believe I sent request in without it...in any case, I started an OT program this year and it all worked out, so I wouldn't worry too much...just call OTCAS a few weeks after to make sure they got them.

call the university and explain to them the situation. That is what I did and OTCAS recieved all of my transcripts. I called my undergrad college and asked them about the OTCAS process, they just told me to print of the OTCAS form and sign it and just attach a note saying to send that form in with an official transcript to the OTCAS mailing address
