sending transcripts!!!

I already submitted a transcript w/o the spring 2012 grade during early June
but now the spring grades are out and I would like to update it
Do we have to wait until they receive the transcript then e-submit or I can just submit right now?
I'm worried that they don't update additional transcripts since they already have one for that school.

Unless you think your updated transcript with grades will make any real impact on your application at this point, I would hold off on submitting updated transcripts and just e-submit now if you haven't already (seems this is a bit old), else it may set you back a bit waiting for your AADSAS to receive, process, and update your GPA based on their calculations. Then when the academic update comes around, feel free to submit those updated transcripts.
