For the protein the amyloid is comprised of, First Aid says it's transthyretin, however UWorld is saying its composed of atrial natriuretic peptide. Anyone have any idea? Thanks.

Actually on a second look, it calls this isolated atrial amyloidosis, when its only the atrial tissue involved, therefore the protein is ANP I guess.
 
Yeah, the key to that one was that it was asking about a localized amyloidosis, not a systemic amyloidosis. I got it wrong too (as did a vast majority of others, as I recall,) so just live and learn.....
