Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions, and/or advice in senior thesis topics? I'm an undergrad and I'm having trouble coming up with a health profession related topic. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Most people I know who are doing senior theses are basing them on research they've been doing for a while. If you don't have that background, then maybe identify areas in medicine that are particularly appealing to you, and familiarize yourself with some of the major research topics in those fields. At that point you can put together a thesis topic and you know exactly where to find a decent amount of literature. If your thesis has to involve original research, you can still identify major topics in a medical field you're interested in, and then approach a faculty member with experience in one or more of those topics and craft a project.

There is also absolutely no reason to do a medicine-related thesis. The point of a thesis is to get a chance to do independent research. If you learn how to understand past literature about your topic, collect some data, analyze those data, and then are able to place the significance of your data into the greater scope of previous work, then you have completed the point of a thesis.

At the end of the day doing a thesis is valuable because of the skills you have gained and not the particular topic that you researched.

Unless you cure cancer, then the topic that you researched is important. OP, cure cancer.
