I tried doing a search but couldn't find a specific answer. My question is do admissions look at your senior level classes to see if you not taking hard classes? I have a little situation in that I want to take a 2 credit volunteer service that will make me a full time student allowing me to drop another one of my elective class (which are interesting but I am done with electives so they are all pointless). Anyone have feedback on this? Thanks

They won't care about what you take your senior year as long as you have a strong GPA/qualifications at the time you apply. They will only see what you current transcript is at the time of admission and at interviews they won't be asking you questions about your current classes.
With that said, don't do anything to F*** up your transcript with low grades just in case you don't get accepted the first time.
Make sure to live it up in the time between your acceptance letter and beginning class. You will have deserved it and probably won't have a time as care-free.
