My app has been received by most of my schools, but for schools with secondary essays, should I work on them up until AADSAS updates that they have received my LORs? OR should I send the secondaries in now? my college sent out LORs last week...so might take a bit for AADSAS to receive and send them out to schools.

Benefit of waiting until AADSAS receives my LORs and send them out is that I have more quality time to crank out good essays. but if my late sending out secondaries will delay my overall app completion, i dont wanna do that.

thoughts?

What schools are you applying to that require secondary essay cranking?

ASDOH and UCSF. i want to make it a more interesting read than just spitting straight facts.

so..should I send them out asap? or wait til AADSAS has my LORs first?

I would go ahead and start working on your secondaries and put careful thought into writing them. If you feel like your final essay questions are satisfactory, I would go ahead and send them in, even if AADSAS hasn't received your LOEs by that time. Some schools may send you an interview invitation even if they haven't received your LOEs (but I don't know for certain for the 2 schools you listed). However, they are likely not to give you interview invitations without the secondary application completed, so I would turn those in ASAP once you feel like they are done.
