sentences or listing in professional descriptions

Im filling out the application and i was wondering if we should fill out the descriptions sections in complete sentences or just sort of list out procedures and duties?

I wrote in complete sentences but just listed within the sentence. I would write in sentences personally because this is a professional school and you want to sound professional.
