The cost for residents, fellows and affiliates is $395 down to $310 which is about the same as it's always been. Joining the American College of Surgeons is not that difficult and worth the difference in price for the educational materials/cost of attendance at meetings. Join the organization (many residency programs pay for your membership) and get the discounted price. SESAP 13 is a huge improvement over previous editions.
