Setting up clinical rotations?

I'm currently a student at Ross and wondering if how difficult it is to get do rotations at a site that isn't affliated with the school? I want to go back to my hometown of Oklahoma City and do rotations at OU medical center if possible. Anybody here done rotations and sites not affiliated with their school? I'm guessing I would have to setup everything myself and try to contact somebody at the teaching hospital.

You need to go through the office of student affairs at most schools. Most schools have all of the necessary info/forms over the web if you search their website. If they don't have it, you can usually e-mail the secretary or dean of student affairs to get the info. You do need to set it up yourself (ie fill out all the paper work, make sure your transcript is mailed, etc) unless your school has a fancy support staff.
