Hi everyone,
finally i finished my exam.... computer based exam is very comfortable ,u also get ample time to think and answer..... My exam was ok... Mind u ,i worked very hard and revised decks many times.... coming to the point.... highlights...
anat;facial nerve, trigeminal n,muscles involved in protrusion and retrusion, sphenopalatine artery ,circle of willis, axillary artery, braciocephalic vein, nerves derived from different arches....
physio;many questios on gap junction,hemidesmosomes....
patho;neurofibromatosis,ludwigs angina...
DA..too many questions on anatomy of primary teeth....
4-5 questions on ethics....
ya i agree that decks are the best material to refer but many things were there which were asked in depth... i did only decks and question papers... some repeats were there from old papers... many questions were tough where i was suppose to read question atleast twice and then eliminate options and then select the right answer....I am not sure about how i did those things...
I dont say it is a tough exam but mind u its not easy too....
I went to test centre at 7.30am.. i started my test after ten min... afternoon i took only half an hour break .... i was done with my exam by 3.30 pm.... U can take the tution which is available in candidate guide for practice...overall my exam was ok...but i am not satisfied for the amount of hard work i did for my preparation.... u need not worry about the clinical questions ,if u know ur decks well, u will do it ... ok good luck to u guys..please do post ur experience after ur exam... i was the only person who took nbde part 1 exam in the whole centre ,so dont expect that u will get some one with whom u can share ur opinion about the exam...if u want to know something from me, u are welcome... good luck with ur preparation ....
