Sfma or grey institute/Gary grey?

Thoughts on either?
I've heard good things about SFMA in terms of usefulness.

I graduated with a heavy emphasis in manual therapy, but I don't rely on it or necessarily enjoy it.

I'm personally not the biggest fan since it works under the assumption that what is a "movement dysfunction" will necessarily lead to pain. I think that there's a difference between demonstrating good biomechanics and teaching that not moving in a particular movement pattern is inherently dangerous. That's my understanding from the outside though as I haven't personally taken a course.
