Just a pre-med like you, but I'll throw in my thoughts...
Great stats, leadership, research and clinical experience as well since you are a RN.
Only thing I see being lethal to your app is the serious lack of volunteering. No recent volunteer experience, and the volunteering you had before was very limited. Extended and extensive volunteering shows adcoms your altruism and commitment to those in need, which to me doesn't really come through in your app. Starting to volunteer a few hours a week at an animal shelter during the app cycle doesn't really show that either.
As far schools go, I'd throw out Brown unless you are an alum. I've seen adcoms on here say time and time again to avoid Brown because they heavily favor their own graduates. I also wouldn't consider U Wisconsin to be a mid tier school. I know they're ranked very high in primary care, and heavily favor IS applicants (I think like 80% matriculants are IS).
Keep in mind there really are no "safety schools" when it comes to med school applications. With your high stats, schools that have lower median stats may not accept you because they're confident you'll get accepted by other schools with higher stats, and you'll most likely attend those schools over theirs.
Like I said, I'm just a pre-med like you, but it seems the best approach when applying is to get your hands on the MSAR, and apply to schools whose stats are around, slightly higher and slightly lower than yours, and make sure their mission statement matches your desires/beliefs.
