sGPA vs cGPA

Realistically, that's probably common place seeing in how many people are science majors and those are the subjects they are often most interested in.

I wouldn't worry about it unless there was a huge discrepancy (ie. 3.9 science, 3.2 cumulative). There are people who major in science and struggle a bit more in humanities/social science (sGPA > cGPA) and people who major in non-science and so have less science classes contributing to their GPA, so a lower grade is weighed more (sGPA < cGPA). Your GPA's are fine! Just make sure to compare each GPA to its counterpart when looking at the MSAR, school website, etc. Good luck.

During the time of submission to AMCAS, my projected cGPA will be around ~3.5 and my sGPA will be around ~3.9. It's not because I suck at the humanities/social sciences, it's just that I took all my non-science classes before I gave a crap about school (and wanting to be a doctor).

Well yeah, there are a variety of reasons for differences in cGPA/sGPA. I was just giving an example of a common reason.

In your case, I wouldn't worry about it too much. You may be a slight disadvantage at a school with an average cGPA of 3.7 or 3.8, but your sGPA is nice and solid MCAT/ EC's, letters, etc will help round out your application.
