So, I am going to begin shadowing this Neurologist/Sleep Doctor this week. The doctor specializes in Epilepsy and is the director of Sleep Medicine at this major University. The doctor is a DO, and I am a DO student. I have recently taken interest in sleep medicine and neurology system was my highest score as an MS-I, so maybe that could be a calling? Who knows. Anyways, any ideas on the type of Qs I should ask? I know I won't be able to touch patients, but, is there anything I could do to really impress the doctor in case I do come back on an elective and rotate and have a good shot at a good LOR and a leg-up for residency? Thanks for the help!
