I will start a new shadowing gig in two weeks. Should I hold off on submitting my application in order to mention that new shadowing for two whole weeks?

Well the cycle is just started I would not think 2 weeks would matter

Submit when ready. you can always update schools.

Do you have shadowing on your app now? How much? How much will you be doing in two weeks?

I have 80 hours from 1 shadowing "gig", and in two weeks I would proablly only get around 4-8 hours from this new one.

If the new gig is some dramatically different specialty, or is a DO when your previous one is an MD, then hold off until completed. If it's more of the same, submit now.
