Shadowing on AMCAS

About a year ago I shadowed few teams and I know the names of the teams, the dates, and department I shadowed them in, but I don't remember the names of the physicians. Because of this would I not be able to list these shadowing experiences on AMCAS? Thanks!

You don't need the names of the physicians, but you do need the name of a Contact who will verify the activity. Do you have that? For example: Who set up the team experiences for you?

I did this through a shadowing club we have on campus and the club exec who worked with internal medicine would set up the shadowing experience for members who signed up. Would I list the exec's name and email then?

Yes. But maybe you should reconnect with this person and be sure your dates and total hours will match what they'll agree to validate.
