Hey, I'm starting my shadowing job in a few weeks and I waswondering would it be best to log the hours I shadowed? And do DSneed to see records of hours? Reason why I'm asking is because Idon't want my application to be on hold because I didn’t have anyprove of shadowing.

(P.S. what was your shadowing/volunteering hours?)

about 4/14 school to which i applied required a LOR from a dentist stating how many hours i completed with them (minimum 30hrs). otherwise it's only the adea application which makes you document total # of hours.

Definitely log your hours... not all schools require you list them, but it can't ever hurt. 🙂

Yes, log them. Just keep an informal log.

Also, in my case, I kept a journal of everything I saw and learned. Could be good to review...later in interviews, they can ask you about specific things you saw.
