Shadowing/Volunteering Hours, Enough?

This summer is my last opportunity to get volunteering and shadowing hours since I have two full semesters coming up. I may do some more during winter break if I can find the opportunities in that short time period and with MCAT studying in effect. I have about 50 hours worth of shadowing (PA, Medical Imaging, NP, and MD) and I have about 150 hours of volunteering (Emergency Room and Food Recovery Network). Will this be sufficient enough to apply with if I cannot find anymore opportunities?

Any thought would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!

Yours isn't a whole lot less than what I had, and I got plenty of interviews. Nobody in any interview ever mentioned anything about my clinical hours being low.
