Hello,

I have some questions that I hope you guys can answer.

1.) Am I able to get my MSCAT Certification (High School Junior)?
2.) I have connections to Florida Hospital and I'm hoping to be able to shadow a doctor/volunteer there. I was wondering if this will be a good extra curricular to add to my undergrad school application?
3) If I can get my MSCAT Certification, will I be able to work at Florida Hospital?
4) Do you guys have any tips for me currently in order to get into a good undergrad school (Right now, I'm thinking about going to UF).
5) Will shadowing doctors and getting volunteer hours now be beneficial when I am applying for a medical school later on?

Most of what you do in HS (shadowing, volunteering, etc) will NOT help you for med school applications. They mostly want to see what you did as an undergrad.

It will possibly help you get into undergrad though.
