I should I go about finding a doctor to shadow?

Talk to your premed advisor and see if she/he has any contacts for you. Also several med schools throughout the country participate in the Summer Medical and Dental Educational Program, which has shadowing opportunities.

do you know of any similar programs for junior/senior undergrads. It seems to me all the programs require you be disadvantaged- which I am not but I don't have a rich family either.
