I know that many of you already have done this and would really appreciate your advice what to use to prepare for Law exam for Florida DH .

Is it possible to fail it?

I have taken this exam, It is very easy, Study the law book and review questions. Just like any exam, It is possible to fail it, Why would the board pass everyone that appears for the exam? So, in short if you write your name and show up for the exam you do NOT automatically pass. Hope this helps.
From my experience, no one should fail this exam, b/c it is stuff you need to know and it is very basic.
