i didnt know it was possible, but i think they are actually WORSE than the primary. if this is the the way things are going, i hate to think about the interview process

They are most definitely worse than the primary in terms of annoyingness and general ability to invoke frustration... All these 300-500 word essays on why THEIR school, or what do you bring to THEIR school... plus the money - $75-100 bucks is a load of cash.
