Has anyone had experience dealing with this company? I purchased a light, which I returned back within their so highly advertised 30 day full refund policy period, in the same new condition as I received it without ever using it; I just realized I didn't really need it. I called them and they acknowledged receiving it. They never refunded my money back. It's been 2 months now; every time I call their customer service they tell me some lie about how they're about to mail some checks, which I never receive. I have disputed the charges through my bank; but I am surprised how this company does business; horrendous customer service where they flat out lie to you...beware of Sheervision; I am definitely never going to deal with them again
 
I think it might have as much to do with your local rep as it does with the company as a whole.

A few of my classmates paid for loupe+light combos and didn't receive them for like 6 months. Local rep blamed it on the company, company blamed it on the local rep - just excuse after excuse. But my classmates now have their gear and seem to like it.
 
Check to make sure they don't have like 90 days or something ridiculous to return your money.

Then sue them. I bet you get your money back really quickly.
 
Yea, BEWARE of Sheervision...their money back guarantee is a lie; you will never see that money again. I sent my light back, and they kept my money; they are theives. Not to be trusted. Do not buy from Sheervision. Their customer service will lie to you just to get you off the line. Spoke with Myra; from their financial department about my refund; guaranteed to me that sending a refund check which i was supposed to get 2 weeks ago. Call them again, no check has been issued. These people are unprofessional; crooks
