Has anyone had experience dealing with this company? I purchased a light, which I returned back within their so highly advertised 30 day full refund policy period, in the same new condition as I received it without ever using it; I just realized I didn't really need it. I called them and they acknowledged receiving it. They never refunded my money back. It's been 2 months now; every time I call their customer service they tell me some lie about how they're about to mail some checks, which I never receive. I have disputed the charges through my bank; but I am surprised how this company does business; horrendous customer service where they flat out lie to you...beware of Sheervision; I am definitely never going to deal with them again
