Running in place, 10 pushups, and lots of caffeine helps me stay up for my overnights. But, I've run across a new drug out there called Provigil. I was curious about it, and was wondering if anyone had any experience using it. I know a couple of EM docs that have used it. Here's the Provigil website. I'm intrigued.
