shipping items to Dominica

A lot of people talk about shipping extra things to Dominica, what is the cheapest carrier? To get a general idea, Fedex charges about $350 for a 50lb box. That is not including custom charges.

I use amerijet. Its quick and pretty cheap

100 lbs for about $100-140

then you have to add in delivery charges on the island with a driver picking up the package for you, but thats not unique to amerijet. You'll have to do that with any shipping method though.

plus customs as well.
