Ok so i have pathoma and I've gone through some of the systems videos and must say its not out of this world (for me at least) like everyone claims, I actually like Goljan a lot maybe b/c I've covered it in class a few times,

So....all those who say that Pathoma really helped them out on the exam what topics are a must to be covered form Pathoma please list those topics that he teaches really well if one is short on time.

I found the first 3 lectures + cardio, renal, and resp to be the most HY; good luck!

I found the first 3 to be extremely helpful when taking step 1 - especially since there's some details not in FA

the first 3 are you referring to growth adaptation, cellular injury, and cell death? what about Inflammation and neoplaisa/carcinogenesis how was that?

Yes the neoplasia/carcinogeneis and the inflammation information is very HY; definitely helps a ton
