Should I accept the job?

Okay, so I got a job offer with a retail company and it is the only job offer I have gotten so far. I am wondering is it okay to accept the job offer and then back out if I get a better one in the future? Or should I just wait? I did do an interview for an independent pharmacy and it seemed like it went well. Thoughts?

Absolutely take the job. That is the whole idea behind at-will employment. Take a job, because you need a job, and leave whenever you get a better offer.

ppl do it all the time. cvs doesn't value its customers or employees. a number of PICs are leaving b/c management are becoming more hostile.
