Hi all! Basically My question is in regards to secondaries. My app was just verified and I originally only had one school listed to make it simple. Should I apply to all of the schools at once or should I do like 10, then once I'm almost done with their secondaries, do the next 10, etc. so as to avoid there being a long time between receiving and submitting secondaries.

All my LORs are now in, for what its worth.

Yes. Apply at once. Some schools don't send secondaries instantly, so do not delay. Secondary return time isn't THAT big of an issue, and if you're complete at places by the end of August you're still on time.

And here I am stressing because I'm over two weeks on some secondaries. 😛

wait really?

Outside the schools that ask for 2-weeks, it seems crazy given how it is a rolling application system.
Some person could have easily gotten into an accident, had family tragedy, etc. etc. between receiving a secondary and submitting.

well, that would suck for them, take a look at how NYU, Chicago, Pitt are giving interview invites already. if you were taking your sweet time with secondary submission you would be hurting yourself

I don't think the fact that there are interview invites now is indicative of any hard 2-week rule. I could be wrong.

If it was hard n fast, I would imagine the Adcom guys would stress it more.

I mean it's not a real rule, but it's a good guideline to keep in mind to keep yourself on track and on top of all your secondaries.
