Its at SIUE where im going. Three years undergrad and four years professional. The thing is, I don't want to stay here, I would rather go to a dental school on the east coast. My parents are paying for my undergrad and I have to pay for grad school. Should I just do a 4 yeah undergrad and get a high GPA/DAT and apply to better dental schools like Columbia(thats where I want to go) or just do the Joint degree thing and save a year? What do you guys think?

If you want to go elsewhere and experience life somewhere else I say just get your undergraduate degree and then go to dental school on the east coast. I think that taking your time and doing/experiencing things that matter to you will more than make up for any year you might have gained.

Can you graduate in 3 years without doing the BS/DMD program? If so, consider that, because then you're not locked in to only having one choice of dental school. I rarely recommend graduating in 3 years, but the option is there if you really want it. Further, a LOT can change in undergrad; I'd advise you to keep your options open.

Are there any dental schools out there that accept people with out a degree? Lets say 3 years of undergrad with all pre req's?

I believe the minimum you need is 90 credits, though very few people do this and you'll need great stats. If you're gonna graduate in 3 years, you might as well get a degree. I know several people who have done this.
