Should I drop my biochem class?

I currently have a C in my online Biochemistry course from UF. Tonight is my drop deadline ( I know cutting it close). I already have 2 C's and 2 Withdrawals (due to medical stuff) on my transcript. I calculated my GPA with a C from the biochem course and it should be around a 3.47 not factoring in my other courses that I have A's in. My question is if a 3.47 is high enough to get interviews at Dental schools or should I withdrawal from the class. There are no more tests but the curve has not been set yet. All that is certain is that a 50% is a C for the course.

Drop it. I dropped biochem 2. I was taking 14 credits of science. And I could have gotten a C, but I didn't want a C.
