I'm taking ochem2 in the summer. But having a terrible experience. The professor never taught before and he pretty much talks about his life experience most of the time. When it comes to the test, his exams are extremely random. He almost only tests theories, 3/30 questions are about mechanism and reactions. All multiple choices exam. I really want to drop the class, but worry about "W" on my transcript.

Attached is my transcript, please help me make the decision. ( post bacc vs college from 2008-2012). Also if I drop the class, I will take this class in a different school

A few W's are totally fine, though if it's brought up, have a better excuse than blaming the professor (even if that may be true). Good luck.

PS for anonymity's sake, I would recommend blurring out your name on your transcript / removing it altogether.

Thank you for your thought! If I continue to class, I prob will end up get at least a B+ or A-. But look at my previous college gpa, I dont think I can afford anther B

Those grades were from so long ago that most adcoms would only be considering your recent grades. No one would see you remotely close to a 3.0 candidate now. A W is not going to break your application, and neither would another B+ or A-.
