Should I go PA or MD route???

Hi,

I am a sophomore at an oos state school and have around a 3.4 gpa and 3.3 sgpa. I am finding it very hard to pick between which one I want to do. I feel like my grades are dictating what I am going to do, but should I allow them to do this? Just took my 1st quarter of ochem and did horrible C+ -- B range, still need to get grades back and got a B in Bio 1. What would be my chances in both fields? Also, is the freedom of a PA significantly less than an MD?
