I interviewed at an MD school a month ago. They are holding an info session with 20 people (open to everyone, not just current applicants). Could going to the info session potentially add any value to my application (possibly showing continued interest) post-interview? I just don't want to have any regrets in case there is a chance it could (if an AdCom is present at the info session).

Attending an information session is unlikely to make any difference as to whether you are accepted or not. You have shown your interest by submitting an application and attending an interview. However, attending the information session will not hurt you and there is a small (perhaps miniscule) chance that attending this session could end up making a material difference for some odd reason. Since so many decisions are made at the margins, I would make the marginal additional effort unless you have a conflict or the meeting is particularly hard to make for some reason.

I don't think they keep track of attendance.

I'm just a future applicant, but I totally don't see it. The session you are describing is designed to get people interested in the school and to apply. You are waaaay ahead of them, and the information presented won't be anything you don't already know. Total waste of time, and, no, no one recruiting next cycle's applicant pool is going to be impressed that a current cycle applicant attended.

You should be looking for post-II sessions, if any. THAT'S where you'll demonstrate continuing interest and where they will be presenting information relevant to you. This is taking 12 steps back to this time last year for you, as a current cycle interviewee. JMHO.
