Should I include research I did during summer between HS and College?

I worked in a lab during the summer between Jr and Sr year of HS, and during the summer between graduating HS and entering college. I ended up getting a publication with this first lab while I was in college. I plan to include this publication in my AMCAS activities list. Should I also include the lab experience in AMCAS, even though it was from HS? (Don't worry I have been doing research this whole time in a second lab while in college)
