Should I include research schools on my list?

I'm currently making my school list. Should I bother to include some of the top research-oriented schools if I've only had one summer of research experience? (Mich, Penn, Harvard, etc)

3.92 sGPA
35Q MCAT (11 VR/14 PS/10 BS)
