Should I include this experience from HS?

Hi everyone,

I went to a health magnet high school where you attend clinical rotations in different hospital departments for a year. I consider this to be a significant experience and was wondering if it would be okay to list it or just write about it in my personal statement. Thanks!

You could include it as part of your personal statement. I would not list it in the activities section.

You have to list the high school anyway. I also would mention it in your essays.

There is no "rule" against listing it, just that adcoms usually expect you to have 15 other items that are fresher and more important. Heck, people list "Eagle Scout" all the time and that is almost always before HS graduation.
