Although I had 60 hours over there for 1 semester, I basically did nothing but clean beds and deliver magazine to patients. Thus I thought to myself that I would have a hard time trying to sell my experience there if I was ever asked about it. My question is should I still include it? I feel like my EC list is very very weak but I still plan on applying this cycle with the goal of getting into ANY med school MD or DO. My cGPA is around a 3.9 with a sGPA of 4.0 while I have a very balanced 32 on my MCAT (no scores below a 10)
Personally I would include it, even seemingly "menial" tasks can reveal good attributes about yourself. Did you really gain nothing from the experience..?

I would say that 90% of my time was just sitting there and reading my book. However, during that time I have seen the amount of work nurses go through and have gain a lot of respect for what they do. Heck I even saw a 5 month pregnant nurse still working there while she was going door to door answering the patient's calls.

I would include it then, especially since you committed 60 hours into this. It can only help you. Did you talk to patients at all?

Anyways, your numbers, ECs and attitude to life/medicine seem good. You will be a good candidate for great MD programs. Good luck.
