Should I just do an informal post bacc program?

Hi guys, so I'm graduating UG this year with a non-science major. I took a lot of pre-med courses during UG but unfortunately did not do so well in them. My question is should I just retake those classes after graduation at a local CSU or CC, or should I apply to a formal post bacc program.

I know any classes I take after graduation will be seen as my post-bacc grades, but will they all be blended together with my UG when I apply to med schools?

Will schools take my post-bacc GPA seriously even if its not a formal program?

My grades in pre-med are
Bio 1/Lab C/B+
Bio 2/ Lab A/B+
Cell Function B+
Genetics B
Chem 1/Lab C+/B
Chem 2/Lab B/B
Physics 1 C+
Calc 1 B-
Calc 2 C
Eng 1 B-

I still need Eng 2, physics 2, bio chem

Retake your courses (not at a CC) and do well in them. I imagine (because you're not a science major) the limited credits you have coupled with the smattering of Cs may not make your sGPA look too hot.

Whether its DIY, structured, casual, formal, or black tie, your post-bac scores will be interpreted as: "Ah, looks like chrissssy retook [Course] and got a [Letter Grade] this time around."

Achieve that steep, upward trend.

It depends on your cGPA and sGPA. If they're too low for MD, you could retake courses you got a C in and replace them by the DO system. If they're within range of MD, I would take and do well on upper level science courses and go for MD. Formal or informal, it doesn't matter.

Cc course retake, and DO is the easiest route. Take the mcat afterwards.
