Should I list these hobbies in my AMCAS

During my college years I have been creating music for a couple of my friends who are singers. I have been making mostly R&B beats on midi controllers and was wondering if it is a good idea to put this as a hobby on my AMCAS application as I spend about 7-8 hours a week doing it. But I wasn't sure if this is warranted to put in the application. If anyone can let me know what they think and whether it will hurt my application

You can list it as a Hobby, but it might more suitably be added under the category of Artistic Endeavor, since your work is publically presented. I think it will be a very interesting addition to your application.

It would definitely be a good thing to put on your application as it would demonstrate that you're a real live human being with interests outside of the clinical. I do agree with Catalystik that artistic endeavor would be a better fit for it.👍
