Is this a waste of time to go through all the behavioral science and epidemiology stuff in the kaplan DVDs? Any input?

Nope its not a waste of time. The guy is great with many tips, mneumonics and examples.Few times it is too detailed but get ur FA handy and annotate.I never knew how to make this Sen= tp/tp+fn ....stuffs until I watch him and since then,I never miss any quest on q-banks about BS also his explanations about the psychotics dzz are great.

Yeah this area is really UNDER covered by most review books. I had a bunch of bahavioral sciece questions on my step 1, making me wish I spent more time reviewing that material.

Going through them now and so far they are pretty good. Good explanations about what you need to know and how to approach the BS type of questions on Step 1.
